1. Return & Exchange Conditions
✅ 30-Day Window: Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
✅ Approval Required: Email support@custommagicpaper.com with:
- Order number
- Clear photos/video of issue
- Original packaging & tags intact
✅ Tracked Shipping: Customer responsible for return shipping costs
2. Eligible Situations
We may approve:
- Defective items (printing errors or damanges)
- Wrong items shipped (verified against order details)
3. Non-Returnable Items
All sales final for:
✖ Customized products (with submitted personal details)
✖ Digital downloads
✖ Orders with incorrect shipping info provided by customer
4. Return Process
- Request Review: 3 business days response time
- Approved Returns: We’ll provide return instructions with 10days.
- Inspection: 3-5 business days after receipt
- Resolution: Refund to original payment method (3-5 business days) or replacement
5. Important Notes
