1. Return & Exchange Conditions

✅ 30-Day Window: Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
✅ Approval Required: Email support@custommagicpaper.com with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos/video of issue
  • Original packaging & tags intact

✅ Tracked Shipping: Customer responsible for return shipping costs


2. Eligible Situations

We may approve:

  • Defective items (printing errors or damanges)
  • Wrong items shipped (verified against order details)

3. Non-Returnable Items

All sales final for:
✖ Customized products (with submitted personal details)
✖ Digital downloads
✖ Orders with incorrect shipping info provided by customer


4. Return Process

  1. Request Review: 3 business days response time
  2. Approved Returns: We’ll provide return instructions with 10days.
  3. Inspection: 3-5 business days after receipt
  4. Resolution: Refund to original payment method (3-5 business days) or replacement
